Practice occurs rain or shine, from March 1st until July 10th. Swimmers are welcome and encouraged to attend as many practices as possible. It is required that all Seals swimmers attend at least 3 practices a week for the duration of the season. This is of utmost importance for every swimmer to reach his or her greatest potential during the season. Punctuality to practices is stressed, as each practice is a relatively short period of time and latecomers disrupt the flow of the practice in progress. Please note that ability takes precedence over age when it comes to assigning practice groups. Age is merely a guideline. Also note that the Intermediates A & B are assigned arbitrarily and if there is a time conflict to please contact me.
